KCC Paints Sdn Bhd is responsible for the design, development, and manufacturing of various paints and coatings. We are committed to satisfying our relevant interested parties, fulfilling our compliance obligations, and fulfilling all other requirements relevant to the context of the organization.
Our products, services, and activities that will cause quality, environmental, occupational health, and safety (OHS) impacts are consistently addressed in our risks and opportunities. Our strategic direction is focused on customer satisfaction through the reinforcement of customer-centered quality management emphasizing quality, delivery, and pricing, as well as elevating our brand awareness and market presence to greater heights by the year 2024.
We aim to be the solution provider in protecting and beautifying properties that all owners deserve with our paints and coatings. We strive to produce our products with uncompromising quality for all who appreciate color by making them affordable.
We will ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) – ISO 9001:2015, Environmental Management System (EMS) – ISO 14001:2015, and OHS Management System (OHSMS) to enhance our performance through our direction below:
- Keeping our products and services excellent to always meet and go beyond our customer’s requirements and expectations to ensure their satisfaction.
- Consistently vigilant to prevent work-related injury and ill health as well as to protect the environment; including prevention of pollution.
