Assistant Technical Manager (R&D)

Job Description:

• Min 3-5 years of working experience in paint and coating industry related Managerial Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Technical manager in controlling all aspect of laboratory including planning, organizing works, supervising of staffs under his care.
• Responsible for new product development and existing products upgrading and cost cutting.
• Responsible for initiating the reprocessing of any faulty, rejected and obsolete raw materials, intermediate and finished goods.
• Responsible for identifying, recommendation, approving new and alternative raw materials.
• Responsible to provide corrective and preventive action with regards to any nonconformance arises.
• Responsible for all works relating to customer complaint on quality matter, that included analyzing the complaints, necessitate site visit, provide report and etc.
