Senior Chemist (R&D)

Job Description:

• Min 5 years of working in paint and coating industry related Chemist Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulation and product know how on decorative coating, floor coating, industrial coating.
• To assists the control of all aspect of laboratory including planning, organizing works, supervising of staffs under his / her care.
• To assist in new product development and existing products upgrading.
• To assist in initiating the reprocessing of any faulty, rejected and obsolete raw materials, intermediate and finished goods.
• To assist the works relating to customer complaint on quality matter, that included analyzing the complaints, necessitate site visit, provide report and etc.
• To troubleshoot quality assurance related issues and to provide recommendations for rectification.
